3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit for the following purposes only:
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call or audit
- To prepare for your call by reviewing your business context before we speak
- To follow up after your call with relevant information or a proposal

5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers
We use EmailJS (emailjs.com) to transmit form submissions to our inbox. EmailJS processes your submission data in order to deliver the email to us. EmailJS acts as a data processor on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy policy. We do not store your data on EmailJS servers beyond the transmission itself.
Hosting
Our website is hosted on Netlify (netlify.com). Netlify may process basic server log data as part of hosting our site. Netlify is SOC 2 Type II certified and subject to its own privacy policy.
Legal requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, such as a subpoena or court order.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:
- If you become a client, we retain relevant contact and business information for the duration of the engagement and up to 3 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.
- If you do not become a client, we retain your inquiry information for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted from our systems.
- You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses the following tracking technologies:
Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)
We use the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel is a piece of code that allows us to:
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising by tracking actions taken on our website after viewing or clicking one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram
- Build audiences for retargeting — showing ads to people who have previously visited our site
- Optimize our ad campaigns based on conversion data
The Meta Pixel may collect the following data from your browser when you visit our site:
- Pages visited and actions taken (e.g. form submissions)
- IP address (which Meta may use to infer approximate location)
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Referring URL
- If you are logged into Facebook: your Facebook user ID may be associated with your visit
Data collected by the Meta Pixel is transmitted to and processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. and is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy. We do not control how Meta uses this data beyond our ad targeting and measurement purposes.
If you wish to opt out of Meta's use of your data for ad targeting, you can do so via Facebook's Ad Preferences or through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.
EmailJS
We use EmailJS to transmit form submissions to our inbox. EmailJS does not set tracking cookies or collect behavioral data. It acts solely as a delivery mechanism for form data.
Cookies
The Meta Pixel sets first- and third-party cookies in your browser to recognize returning visitors and measure ad performance. These cookies may persist for up to 180 days.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some features. Most browsers allow you to:
- View and delete cookies that have been set
- Block cookies from specific sites
- Block all third-party cookies
Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Our site does not currently alter its data collection practices in response to DNT signals, as there is no universal standard for how to respond to them. The Meta Pixel will continue to operate regardless of DNT settings.
